Disability & Accessibility
Taylor Hill is a South African advocate for inclusive motorsport and the Disability & Accessibility Officer for the Southern African Endurance Series (SAES).
Living with Charcot-Marie-Tooth (CMT) disorder, a progressive neuromuscular condition affecting strength and mobility, Taylor has turned her personal challenges into a platform for awareness, empowerment, and systemic change.Â
Within SAES, she leads initiatives to improve physical access, trackside support, competitor accommodations, and policy development to ensure motorsport becomes a space every person can participate in—whether behind the wheel, on the pit wall, or in the stands.
Passionate about representation and education, Taylor uses her voice to highlight invisible disabilities, equip teams and organisers with practical tools for inclusion, and inspire others living with CMT and similar conditions to pursue their passion for sport. Her journey with CMT, along with her commitment to helping others navigate similar challenges, continues to inspire teams, fans, and future racers across Southern Africa.
